Never flown before?
Almost everyone walks in a little nervous — and walks out hooked. Here's everything you're probably wondering.
Do I need any experience?
Nope — and we mean it. Most of our students started with zero. You won't be the odd one out; beginners are exactly who we're built for. If you've never touched an aerial apparatus in your life, you're in the right place.
What if I don't have upper body strength?
Nobody starts out aerial strong — that's what the classes are for. You don't get in shape to begin aerial; you build the strength by doing it, a little more each week. Come as you are.
What if I'm scared of heights?
You're in good company — a lot of aerialists are too. We start every new skill low to the ground, with crash mats underneath, and you'll never be asked to go higher than you're ready for. The confidence comes first; the height follows when you’re ready.
What should I bring?
A water bottle, your phone to document the fun, and your excitement. That's truly it.
What should I wear?
Athletic or comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in — leggings are strongly encouraged. Skip anything with zippers, velcro, jewelry, or rough material that could snag the fabric.
(For the full do's and don'ts, see our Studio Policies.)
How often should I come?
Once or twice a week is a great start. Train three or more times a week and you'll progress faster — but always listen to your body. If you're sore and worn out, rest is part of getting stronger too.
Ready when you are — your first four classes are just $89.
